We want your pet to look and feel their best in our latest fashion collections. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pet Supermarket account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items remain hair-free and clean during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
